Fluoride Treatment Systems
Our HARDTAC process is able to remove the fluoride to low levels and produce a calcium fluoride precipitate (synthetic fluorspar) that may be suitable for recycling. In cases where the dewatered solids can be recycled, we will market them into new fluoride products through established external markets.
We offer this technology tailored to your financial needs and in a way that compliments your strategic approach. For example, the process can be provided in a modular form that minimizes on-site interruption of your ongoing activities and reduces your installation costs.
For higher flow applications, a more permanent installation is required. In either case, we guarantee our system will comply with treatment objectives and endeavors to find outlets for the dewatered cake (rather than landfilling).
That way, you are not only assured of meeting effluent guidelines, but you are also relieved of the cost and responsibility associated with solids landfilling. Thus, the process meets the two most common environmental objectives facing industry today -- treatment and recovery. |
