New London, Conn., Selects Veolia Water for 10-Year Water & Wastewater Partnership

The city of New London, Conn. has signed a $59-million, 10-year contract agreement with Veolia Water North America – Northeast, LLC (Veolia Water) for the operation and management of its water and wastewater systems.  Following a competitive bid process, New London’s city management and the Water and Water Pollution Control Authority (WWPCA) selected Veolia Water’s proposal, which was centered on accountability, asset management, true partners and operational excellence.

Oklahoma City, Okla., Extends Veolia Water Wastewater Partnership for Four More Years

The Oklahoma City Water Utility Trust and Oklahoma City Council have unanimously approved a four-year contract extension with Veolia Water North America – West LLC (Veolia Water) to continue managing the city's four municipal treatment facilities that can process a combined 106 million gallons per day of residential and commercial wastewater.

Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District Selects Veolia Water to Manage Regional Wastewater System

The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) has selected Veolia Water North America – Central LLC (Veolia Water) to manage a regional wastewater system serving the greater Milwaukee area under a 10-year contract valued at approximately $400 million. Approved today by MMSD commissioners, the public-private partnership represents the nation’s largest wastewater contract and is expected to save approximately $35 million over the contract term compared to MMSD’s estimate to manage the system through public operations.
