We expand our talent pool by diversifying our workforce at all levels of management, leveraging diversity of experience and perspectives. At the "top," our team of senior executive managers includes women and members of the African-American and Hispanic communities. Our commitment includes diverse employees managing some of our most important projects and initiatives, from Fulton County, Georgia to our award-winning Pacific Northwest projects that are ahead of the curve in terms of sustainability.
Providing water services to a wide variety of municipalities and companies, we've proven the ability to connect and understand communities and clients. Our municipal clients range from New York City to Tupelo, Mississippi in the South to Vancouver, Washington in the Pacific Northwest and Honolulu in the Pacific. Our industrial clients range from Exxon Mobil and General Motors to smaller, specialized companies.
In North America, approximately 28% of our workforce is diverse.
