Success In Indianapolis
Veolia Water operates the nation's largest public-private partnership in Indianapolis where we serve more than 1 million citizens daily. In addition to tackling a variety of water quality and service issues, we made a major commitment to involving minority and women-owned business enterprises.
We engage the services of many local and national firms on this project and aggressively court minority and women-owned businesses and contractors for ongoing projects. With these firms now responsible for more than 20 percent of subcontracted work, we have well exceeded the city's stated requirements and levels reached by prior managers of the system.
